Anxiety is part of the human condition, however when anxiety gets out of control it can affect your entire body and health. There are a variety of ways to change your response to a perceived stress. Deep breathing exercises, Meditation, yoga, cognitive behavioral therapy are some of the numerous non-pharmacologic ways of treating anxiety. As the saying goes, don’t sweat the small stuff it is all small stuff!
